AI · Aquaculture ABB × Microsoft × Norway Royal Salmon

AI-Powered Salmon Fish Farm

Working with ABB and Norway Royal Salmon (NRS), I led the co-creation of an AI solution for remote salmon analytics — using underwater cameras and computer vision to automate biomass estimation and fish population counting. The pilot reduced the need for workers at open sea, cut the CO₂ footprint, and improved fish welfare at industrial scale.

Smart City — ABB & Microsoft in Västerås

A collaborative smart city initiative in Västerås, Sweden, bringing together ABB's industrial automation depth and Microsoft's Azure cloud and AI platform. I guided the project end-to-end — from strategic ideation and architecture design to live deployment — demonstrating how city infrastructure becomes more efficient, sustainable, and responsive through connected intelligence.

Ghostnetzero.ai

A Microsoft-featured AI initiative I led entirely from ideation to realization. Ghostnetzero.ai applies computer vision and cloud AI to detect and address ghost nets — abandoned fishing gear that devastates marine ecosystems worldwide. This project exemplifies the intersection of responsible AI, environmental sustainability, and end-to-end technical execution at scale.
